RoamMore is operated by a New Zealand sole trader. By purchasing or using a RoamMore eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy set out below.
Terms of service
01 About RoamMore
RoamMore provides prepaid international travel eSIMs that allow you to access mobile data using third party mobile networks outside New Zealand.
02 Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use a RoamMore eSIM.
By purchasing, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
03 Products and services
- RoamMore sells digital eSIMs only. There are no physical SIM cards.
- All eSIMs are one off prepaid products.
- Prices are displayed in USD by default and charged at checkout.
04 Activation and use
- eSIMs are delivered digitally after purchase.
- Once an eSIM is installed or activated, it cannot be transferred to another device.
- Some websites, apps or services may not be supported on certain networks or in certain countries.
- RoamMore does not guarantee uninterrupted service, coverage, speed or compatibility in all locations.
05 Fair use and prohibited activity
You must not use a RoamMore eSIM for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud, abuse or resale
- Network abuse, spamming or excessive automated usage
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an eSIM without notice if misuse is detected.
06 Refunds
Before install. If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email care@roammore.co with your order details.
After install. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, all sales are final. No refunds are provided for change of mind, compatibility issues, coverage limitations or unused data.
This does not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law where applicable.
07 Chargebacks
Any credit card chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
- Immediate suspension of the associated eSIM
- Blocking of the user from future RoamMore purchases
08 Third party networks
RoamMore relies on third party mobile network operators overseas. We do not control:
- Network availability
- Coverage
- Speed
- Outages or restrictions imposed by local operators
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RoamMore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM.
- We are not responsible for roaming interruptions, network outages or third party service failures.
10 Disputes and complaints
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be handled by New Zealand courts.
Privacy policy
11 Personal information we collect
We may collect and store:
- Name
- Email address
- Billing address
- Device information, including device ID, EID and IP address
- Transaction and payment metadata
We do not store full credit card details.
12 How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver and manage your eSIM
- Process payments
- Provide customer support
- Send service or marketing communications, which you may unsubscribe from at any time
- Prevent fraud and misuse
13 Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe's security and privacy standards.
14 Data storage and overseas transfers
Your information may be stored or processed outside New Zealand, including by trusted service providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
15 Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Request corrections
- Opt out of marketing communications

16 Updates
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of RoamMore services means you accept the updated terms.
